Required documents:

• Your child's passport details (compulsory fields in form)
• Birth Certificate *
• Bio data page of your child's passport *
• Passport sized colour photograph *
• A copy of your child's most recent school report *

* These documents must be uploaded to this form or sent via email to our Admissions Team following submission. A placement offer can't be made to a student without these supporting documents.
